Tips on how to use TaskPoint via email

Below are some instruction how to use TaskPoint via email:

In order to create or manage issues via email please send email to postmaster@[your entity name].taskpoint.com you can use the following list of rules/keywords with your emails (please note that your FROM address should match the email address associated with your account):
-if you add someones email to CC or TO field of your email and their email is associated with TaskPoint account they will be added to list of watchers of the issue and would be automatically notified about all updates
-in the subject line used as the title to create new issue or you have to put tag [#issue number] to update existing issue
- you can use the following list of keywords in the email body followed by a colon:
Project: project identifier
Tracker: tracker name
Category: category name
Priority: priority name
Status: status name
Assigned To: name of the person or login of the person
Custom Fields: name of the custom field.

Example:

This task should be Assigned To: someone@example.com in Project: XYZ with Priority: High and the Status: Assigned.
